Yet many Americans suffer from being over weight and consistently fail at actually gaining the results they so desperately desire.

The average person that goes on a fad diet will lose weight, and within a short period of time they will yo-yo right back gaining more than they lost originally.

Many week after week, with no real workout direction or goals, and no real noticeable results.

While the typical gym goes is only there 3 times per week or less.

The average person doesn’t take the time to understand either.

My time in the gym was typically 3 or 4 days per week, and I would spend at least 1 hour at the gym each time I would go.

While working out, I seemed to have gained a little weight.

Around this same time, I had spoken with some friends, and found out that they had in fact been working out in front of their television, and they had amazing results.

I decided the time had come, and I had to order P90X. I got a copy, and talked to my wife about joining with me to do the workout.

The time is clearly displayed so you know how long you will be working out, and how much time per exercise.

Even though each following day we were sore, as we would be for 90 days, we loved every minute of this workout.

We persevered even while overseas, and worked out daily from the P90X book, at the very well equipped hotel gym.

During this time with our new son, we didn’t work out every day of the week.

Yes, we worked out, and would randomly select different workouts at first, then we decided to just start going through the middle set of weeks.

We felt good, but as we were adjusting to life with our new son, we felt it was getting ready to start round 3.

I ordered P90X plus, and 5 weeks ago we dove straight in to our 3rd round of P90X. This time with our 16 month old son, who is now 17 months.

Over the weeks, he started to pick up other exercises.

As soon as the session ended, and before the Ab routine started, he started to do Ab crunches, “Banana Cherry Bomb”, this was just awesome.

So as a family we work out daily and enjoy bring Tony Horton into our living room.

If you are already a P90xer and your friends and family keep asking you how you achieved such great results, as my friends, family and neighbors have been doing now for well over a month, then you should join as a Team Beachbody Coach.
