Image is an expression of an object, be it a human being or a legal entity.

Other expressions of expression like fine art are by-products of human beings.

All such expressions arise from the origin of the human being, and the origin is our “Soul.” However, when we have stepped into the 21st century, the balance sheet of our history has reminded us of the importance to adjust our attention towards the “Source of our expression” – our inner quality or our core inner wellness.

The three-dimensional model is a self- expression from the inside out.

It is a sense of total feeling projected to the environment – one’s inner quality and energy releases.

Emptiness, Reflection & the Middle way Self-Image Perfection stands for The Art of Perfecting one’s Self Expression from the inside out through the fusion of three interdependent dimensions.

We are accountable for the quality of our expression at both the conscious and subconscious level.

These three entities: Self-image perfection, Image Architecture and Image Re-engineering start from the same origin – our Soul.

If you feel beautiful, you will feel confident, relaxed, and ready for anything that requires your performance.

Do you see yourself as a “Victim?” Do you blame people for what happens in your life? Are you positive towards other people or do you have negative feelings toward them? Only when you understand the answers to these questions will you be able to succeed in life, and become a person who is whole From Head to Soul.

Who is talking within you? Do you have feelings that you have not worked through? Talk to yourself, and discover how to remedy this situation.

The purpose of this type of therapy was to help people to become whole, and to help them to become aware of, admit to, reclaim, and bring together their fragmented parts.

A person needs, he felt, to be self-sufficient and have an inner support system within their soul, and do not need to receive this from any other source.

Many people who feel they need another person to be whole.

This interprets into not having the need to depend on a significant other, job title, academic achievement, or bank balance to feel whole in your soul.

He developed the “Chair technique,” whereby you have two chairs opposite one another and you sit in one chair and communicate your thoughts, and then sit in the other chair and communicate back to yourself.

She emphatically denied any angry feelings, though others described her as an angry person.

When the teacher role-played her fragmented self, she acted her friendly self from the hot seat and imagined her angry self on the opposite chair.

The dialogue went something like this: “I don’t know why I’m here. I am always so nice.” “You do know why you are here. You do not have any close friends.” “I do not understand. I am always trying to help people.” “That is the problem! You are always helpful and people feel obligated to you.

The Hot Seat Method : This is when a person sits in a chair and then goes into a chair and is saying something and then seeing ‘how it feels’ to be the other person.
